We are a family owned company that Bob and Renee Campbell started in 1974 as a medium sized construction company in the greater Kansas City Area. In the late 70′s and early 80′s we started accumulating and building properties along the Vivion Road corridor East of Riverside in the l-29,169 & 69 highway interchange area. We now own and manage over 245,000 sf of commercial properties in 3 northland locations.
We bring over 35 years of experience along with 3 national/internationally recognized real estate designations: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Missouri real estate broker and Certified Property Manager (CPM). We are now taking our expertise in construction, development, maintenance, ownership, and property management to other owners of quality properties in the northland area.
